The location is fantastic and the staff are super friendly! I was disappointed that the fitness center had some equipment out of order. bottled water in the room costs extra. Great bike rentals nearby for exploring.

The hotel is fantastic as it is just a short walk from the Magnificent Mile where you can find amazing shops and restaurants and very close to iconic sights like Cloud Gate and Navy Pier while attractions like the Art Institute and Shedd Aquarium are also accessible by a pleasant stroll through the city streets and the staff were friendly and the room was cozy with a nice city view but it would have been better if there was a microwave for late-night snacks.

The staff are incredibly friendly and the location is spot on—just a short walk to amenities and the Starbucks Reserve. Enjoyed the modern room with a great view, but the barn door bathroom setup was awkward and not very practical for sharing. Housekeeping needs improvement, and the misleading info about amenities like the sauna was frustrating. The breakfast voucher was a letdown too. A microwave in the room would have been nice. Despite the quirks, the comfortable bed and customer service left a good impression, so I'd consider returning.

The view from the window was stunning, adding a delightful touch to the experience. the air conditioning was a bit loud, similar to a small jet engine starting. This occasionally disrupted my sleep. The overall cleanliness didn’t meet expectations, as I noticed scratched floors and some damaged furniture. The staff were generally friendly, though some aspects of the ambiance felt a bit off.

I couldn’t believe the mess we walked into—dirty sheets, and the mattress pad was disgusting. To top it off, they charged my card for a personal expense after I checked out. Definitely not a trustworthy place to stay!

Prime location. Abundant dining options and a lively area to explore. The city view from my room was stunning, truly a highlight. The staff? Exceptionally friendly. Each greeting felt sincere, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Brunch downstairs exceeded expectations—delicious. the noise was a downside. Street sounds intruded, especially on weekends, disrupting sleep. Room amenities left something to be desired. Maintenance issues—foul odors and malfunctioning doors—detracted from the experience. Valet service was also subpar; the wait was unnecessarily long. The gym was decent. I appreciated the separate elevator access for added security. With some improvements, this could be a top-tier hotel. as it stands, the inconsistencies make it tough to recommend wholeheartedly.

My Easter getaway was amazing! The location was top-notch with tons of fantastic dining options nearby. I loved waking up to the stunning city views from my room every morning. The staff were incredibly friendly, always greeting me warmly whenever I came or went.
On the downside, the noise levels were a bit distracting, with doors slamming and voices echoing in the halls throughout the night. It made it challenging to get a good night's sleep, despite the comfortable beds.

The staff greeted me like a friend every time I walked by! My corner room had a beautiful view and was incredibly clean. Plus, the wellness center was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring!

The view from our corner room was quite excellent. Everything about the room felt luxurious and helped set the mood for our romantic night. The location is great, very centralized and easy to catch any sort of transportation from. Central to the river and lake districts on a nice day. Overall I'd recommend this hotel.

the Dana was a great spot to stay - so close to everything! the room was super clean and the staff were all helpful and kind. the spa services were top-notch, and the one-bedroom suite had a massive shower with twin rain shower heads.

stayed at Eurostars for the second time and it didn't disappoint. the decor and boutique feel were top-notch, with wood floors and top-notch finishes. the location was superb, and the staff were always pleasant, ensuring our requests were taken care of. the Dana is always on the top of our list of hotels in the area.

The staff and design were great. Our room had a nice view, and the mini fridge was handy. Awesome location in River North.
The room had issues like no shower door and a bathroom door that wouldn't close. Many facilities were closed and there was construction noise.

The location was fantastic, that's for sure. But let me dive into the details. The room was spacious and comfortable with an amazing view! I loved watching the city from the huge windows. The staff was kind and helpful, and they even held my luggage after I checked out so I could attend my meeting hassle-free. The bistro was a nice touch, with delicious food and friendly staff. On the downside, I wish there were ironing facilities in the room. It would have been handy to freshen up my clothes. The heating and air conditioning worked well, but I had trouble adjusting the temperature to my liking. A tea and coffee facility in the room would have been a nice touch for those early mornings or late nights. I also noticed that the curtains didn't block out the light completely, which made it a bit hard for me to sleep in. the spa being closed from Sunday to Wednesday was a letdown. I was looking forward to using the sauna, so that was a bit disappointing. my stay at Eurostars was pleasant, with a few minor hiccups.

As a solo traveler, I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, modern and attractive room, comfortable bed, and the in-room iPod for ordering services. The security staff also went above and beyond in retrieving and returning my forgotten item.
Felt so comfortable, no complaints whatsoever.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel in Chicago! The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The front desk worker even noticed it was my birthday and gave great dinner recommendations. The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants and attractions. Our room had a beautiful view of the city and was comfortable and quiet. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to others and will be returning for our next visit!
